We are a small care buisiness with a warm, well established care home dedicated to providing outstanding care and in addition also manage a block of rental flats which supports older adults living independently. We are currently seeking a experienced and proactive Administrator to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across both sites.
This role will involve work closely with both the care home manager for residental care home and also directly with managing directors to provide administrative support for residental flats (around 4 hours a week of the agreed hours ) . The ideal candidate is patient, very organised and happy to take on new tasks.
Key responsibiliies may include but is not limited to ..
- General admin: scheduling, filing, correspondence
- Liaise with families, professionals, tenants, and agencies
- Assisting manager to maintain good record keeping for compliance
- Arrange repairs/maintenance and keep maintenance contracts up to date at both sites
- Assist onboarding and staff/ personell files
- Manage basic finance: invoices, petty cash, rent records
- The ideal candidate should be confident to liaise in person and on the phone not just on email.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
