Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure all cleaning requirements are met.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- A valid driver's licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between sites.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative while completing tasks efficiently.
