Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised as required.
- Vacuum, mop, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between sites.
