- Basic hourly rate: £14.27 (including London weighting)

NEXT’s extensive transport network relies on our Van Drivers, who play a key role in delivering to stores efficiently, safely, and with pride.
You will be operating 7-metre long-wheelbase vans, delivering stock across Greater London, Surrey, Oxford, Peterborough, Banbury and surrounding areas.
On any given day you can expect 3 to 7 store drops, with the possibility of one reload depending on your schedule.
What the role involves:
- Starting your shift with up to 1 hour of parcel sorting, including loading your own van with the assistance of other team members.
- Spending approximately 70% of your shift driving, and 30% on deliveries and loading
- Keeping your van clean, roadworthy, and properly loaded to avoid damage or loss
- Communicating delays to the office and completing delivery paperwork
- Working as part of a wider team that supports and values its drivers
We are looking for drivers who:
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
- Have previous multi-drop or van driving experience (desirable)
- Are customer-focused, polite and deadline oriented
- Have some experience with technology, as you will be required to operate a handheld POD device that scans stock and confirms deliveries, full training will be provided
