Job Overview
Due to increased workload, D P Cable Jointing are currently recruiting experienced Multiskilled Operatives to join our team for ongoing electrical projects in Wales and South West.
Successful candidates must hold a valid Blue CSCS Card and at least one of the following additional tickets:
- Streetworks (NRSWA)
- CPCS/NPORS Plant Tickets
- IPAF (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms)
Key Requirements:
- Valid Blue CSCS Card
- At least one relevant additional qualification (e.g., Streetworks, CPCS, IPAF)
- Previous experience on construction or civils projects
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
- First Aid at work
- Manual Handling
- Clean Towing Licence
Desired:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in supervising teams or projects preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
