We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Pet Portrait Embroidery Trainee part time in the evenings on weekdays and weekends to support during the Christmas period. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently running embroidery machines, fulfilling orders, and maintaining equipment. While experience with sewing or embroidery machines is a bonus, we provide training for all selected candidates. This role is temporary during the Christmas period, with the position to potentially become permanent in Jan 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines to fulfill customer orders.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Uphold attention to detail and quality control standards.
- Stand for extended periods to complete production tasks.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Experience with sewing, embroidery, or textiles is a bonus.
- Specific experience with commercial or industrial embroidery machines will secure higher hourly pay rates.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Work Schedule:
- Saturday - Tuesday 4:30pm - 11pm
- Saturday - Monday & Thursday 4:30pm - 11pm
