Role: Children's Services Worker

Salary: £13.73 an hour (inc. Inner London allowance)

Contract/Hours: Casual (You will be required to work a Minimum of 2 Saturdays a month and 3 days a week during the school holidays).

With a casual post as a Childrens Services Worker, there is flexibility to choose when you work, around your study, family, retirement, or home life!

Action for Children Short break services in Islington and Camden support disabled young people in their own homes or in their local community.  We support children to make and meet friends, connect with their communities, and enjoy new opportunities and experiences. We encourage children to be ambitious about what they want to do and work with them to make their wishes a reality. The approach is about being inclusive, flexible and, above all, fun.

As a Children's Services Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to children, young people, and families by agreeing and directly delivering interventions, with appropriate direction, which enable positive and agreed outcomes to be achieved, in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic casual Children Services Workers to join our established and dedicated team at Islington Children's Centre. If this sounds of interest, please read on for more information!
