We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Party Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests during events. As a Party Host, you will manage various aspects of the party experience, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and entertained. Your exceptional hospitality skills and ability to provide excellent guest services will be key to the success of our events.
Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged throughout the event.
- Manage the flow of activities, coordinating with other staff members to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in setting up and decorating the party space according to the event theme.
- Provide information about activities, food, and drink options available during the event.
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all areas are clean and organised before, during, and after events.
- Facilitate games or activities as required, encouraging participation from all guests.
- Collect feedback from guests post-event to enhance future experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly disposition.
- A passion for creating memorable experiences for guests is crucial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
There is the potential of more hours available if the candidate is happy to be flexible in their job role, such as serving customers on front of house.
