Senior children's residential support worker
Locations: Totton
Salary:£32,000k
Shifts: Days, 15 hour shifts, 45 hours per week
Requirements:
- Must hold a level 3 NVQ
- Be open to completing a level NVQ level 5
- Must be a driver
The role:
- As a Senior you will be managing a team of support workers as well as setting up and running shifts so experience in this 4bed Childrens EBD home
- 24-hour care facility with supported living accommodation for Children with Traumas, mental health disorders, and/or challenging behaviour .
- You will assist residents in integrating within the local community with daily outings, to encourage social integration and develop self-reliance skills.
