Childminder Assistant / Apprentice
You will be responsible to Miss Charlotte Butler (Childminder)
You will be required to work as part of a team, support and guide children using the EYFS and engage with parents and families.
You will be responsible for helping the children to learn and develop with positive teaching strategies and to have sole charge of the children for a maximum of 2 hours a day.
You will need to provide a safe, secure and stimulation environment for all children, liaise with parents or guardians of the children as requested and conduct school drop off and collections.
You must be open to all training for Continuous Professional Development (CPD), 18 + in age, reliable, trustworthy and hardworking, have a minimum of 1-year childcare experience and hold a Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Childcare (or working towards). Driving is an advantage.
We are located in Strood. The position will be fixed hours with paid lunch. Salary is dependent on age and qualification. This post is subject to Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Checks and References.
