£51,345 - £65,014 a year
City of London, England
Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Global Leader of Technology & AI, playing a key role in shaping and driving their strategic agenda while acting as a vital bridge between the Global Leader and other senior leaders. Additionally, in this role, you will focus on reimagining and innovating the way the function is performed, exploring opportunities to "agentify" aspects of the role as a model for other Chiefs of Staff.
You will partner with the Global Leader of Technology & AI to operationalize the firm’s technology and AI strategy in collaboration with leadership team and other firm leadership, ensuring alignment with Global Leader of Technology & AI’s mandate. You will also monitor progress against key milestones identifying risks and ensuring timely course corrections.
You will work in close collaboration with the Tech Ecosystem Leadership team, serving as a thought partner to help de-bottleneck issues, shape problem solving of key issues and accelerate key priorities/topics to the Global Leader of Technology & AI. You will help facilitate collaboration across functions (e.g., Risk, Finance, People, Legal, Knowledge) and Client Capabilities (sectors and functions) to ensure alignment on technology priorities and initiatives. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Global Leader of Technology & AI and firm senior leadership, including the Executive Team (ET), Senior Partnership, and Regional Leaders. You will support the Global Leader of Technology & AI in managing relationships with external stakeholders (preparing for events and also client meetings).
You will lead the development and implementation of an OKR-based scorecard to track progress against the Global Leader of Technology & AI’s priorities. You will support the Global Leader of Technology & AI in governance activities, including participation in committees and shaping and preparation of materials for key meetings. You will ensure transparency and communication around progress, challenges, and outcomes to Tech Ecosystem and broader partnership. You will explore opportunities to technologically enable the role, with the aim of transforming [80%] of its responsibilities into a seamless web of automated agents.
As the Chief of Staff (CoS), Technology & AI, you will report to the Global Leader of Technology & AI (Tech Ecosystem, Rewiring and DnA) and play a critical role in driving the execution of the firm’s technology and AI strategy, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders, and enabling the Global Leader of Technology & AI to focus on high-impact priorities.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and leadership in a firm that is reimagining its future through AI and technology. As the CoS to the Global Leader of Technology & AI, you will have unparalleled exposure to senior leadership, the ability to shape the firm’s technology agenda, and the chance to make a lasting impact on the firm’s second century. If you are a strategic thinker and passionate about technology and AI, we invite you to join us on this transformative journey.
