Verkada is looking for a driven and ambitious Channel Development Representative to support the growth and success of our largest strategic partner in the UK. You’ll be responsible for managing the onboarding process, driving partner enablement, and supporting long-term development within this key account.In this highly visible role, you’ll act as an extension of our Channel Sales team, playing a pivotal part in our UK channel strategy. You’ll also serve as an inside Channel Sales Manager (CSM) when field coverage is needed—offering you a clear pathway to grow into a full CSM role or own a territory in the future.
What You'll Do
- Manage the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Verkada’s largest strategic partner in the UK
- Field inbound partner applications and onboard targeted new accounts
- Serve as an inside CSM to ensure continuity of support when a field CSM is unavailable
- Collaborate with internal teams and the partner to drive enablement and revenue growth
- Travel to partner offices across the UK (approximately twice per week) to maintain strong relationships and provide in-person support
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ year of sales or partner-facing experience preferred
- Ability to deliver compelling product demos and high-level training to partners
- Highly organized with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with an engaging and polished presence
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and coachable with a scrappy, go-getter mindset
- Must be based in or near London and able to work from our London office daily
- Willing to travel up to 50% within the UK to partner offices
- Fluent in English
