As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an organised and detail-driven Central Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our restaurants and help keep our central functions moving.

We are looking for:
- Experience in coordinating projects and processes, with strong organisational skills
- Clear, confident communication – written and verbal – across different audiences
- Tech confidence with tools like Excel and partner platforms
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to spot improvements
- Flexibility, discretion, and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders
Here’s what you’ll get up to:
- Projects & Processes - Support central projects and BAU (business as usual) operations, from menu changes to SOPs (standard operating practices) and Ways of Working documents. Write clear plans, track deliverables, and ensure smooth rollout across sites.
- Systems & Admin- Maintain our systems and tools to keep data accurate and up to date. Support operational admin including logins, refunds, partner portals and HR-related admin when required.
- Operational Support - Help manage relationships with key suppliers and ensuring we get the best value and service.
You’ll work closely with the Central Ops team, restaurant leaders, and our Supply Chain, People, and Finance teams, as well as external partners to make sure everything runs smoothly day to day.
