Job Summary
A Casual Worker provides flexible, short-term assistance to support daily operations. Tasks may vary depending on the workplace needs and can include manual labor, assisting with events, general maintenance, or other duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks as instructed by supervisors on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving goods or equipment.
- Help set up and pack down events, work areas, or displays.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace.
- Operate basic tools or equipment when required (training provided if needed).
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work irregular or on-call shifts.
- Physical ability to carry out manual tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Previous experience in general labor or similar roles is an advantage but not essential.
Working Conditions:
- Work hours vary depending on demand.
- May involve indoor or outdoor work.
- Use of protective clothing or equipment when necessary.
