We’re looking for a dedicated Caretaker to join our High-Rise Team, providing a first-class caretaking and cleaning service for residents. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll take personal responsibility for maintaining high standards on your allocated block, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe, and well cared for.
The role – what you’ll be doing:
- Delivering a high-quality daily caretaking service across communal internal and external areas of high-rise buildings.
- Carrying out daily block inspections, reporting repairs and hazards promptly.
- Using a mobile app to record tasks and health & safety checks.
- Escalating urgent issues such as gas, electricity, or tenant welfare concerns to the Caretaking & Cleaning Manager.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience and knowledge of cleaning and caretaking techniques.
- A passion for delivering outstanding service with a customer-focused approach.
- Someone who is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and confident engaging with residents.
- Ambitious and driven individuals who want to make a positive difference in our communities.
