We require someone with good DIY skills for 15 hours per week to work in a school in the Tang Hall area of York to carryout general maintenance and keyholder duties. We would expect the successful candidate to be available for 3 hours each weekday from 6:30 - 9:30 am but with flexibility required.
Our team is looking for an individual who is passionate and enthusiastic about making a difference to the lives of students keeping health and safety at the forefront.The Duties to be completed include:-
*Opening up the school premises, including gates, doors, fire exits etc. at the beginning of each day
*Regularly checking the proper operation and function of alarms and fire equipment and ensuring emergency exits are not obstructed
* General DIY and maintenance duties around the school
The successful application we be required to undergo a DBS (police) check which we will fund.
