We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to support a vulnerable client with significant clinical needs, within the comfort of their own home. This is a long-term, ongoing care package requiring high levels of clinical skill, professionalism, and commitment.
About the Role:
- 12-hour night shifts on a rota basis
- Care delivered in a clinical home environment
- Support for a client with a tracheostomy, requiring suctioning
- Infection control and consistency are critical — ideally, we are looking for two carers to work consistently on this package
- You will be working as part of a small, skilled team to ensure the highest standards of care and safety
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months’ complex care experience
- Tracheostomy and suctioning training (must be up to date and evidenced)
- Confident working independently overnight with access to on-call support
- A calm, reliable and compassionate approach
- Commitment to maintaining infection control and care protocols
