�� Hours: 8AM start (earliest) – finish by 2PM- flexible hours and days
�� Type: Part-Time / Flexible Shifts
Are you passionate about helping others and looking for rewarding morning work? We're seeking compassionate, reliable Care Professionals to support clients in Rugby with their morning routines, including personal care, meal prep, companionship, and more.
What We Offer:
- Consistent morning shifts (latest finish by 2 PM)

- £13/hour weekdays | £14/hour weekends
- Double pay on bank holidays
- 45p/mile mileage allowance when taking clients out
- Paid DBS check (refunded after completion of successful probation)
- Staged paid training – earn while you learn!
- First payment in your first salary
- Second payment after completing eLearning
- Includes shadow shifts and client introductions
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK – Sponsorship not available
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Every other weekend availability required
- Caring, reliable individuals with evening and weekend availability
- Ideal for: students, career changers, or returners to the workforce
