Rugby Coach
Cheadle Hulme School, Cheshire
Salary: £25,182 – £31,349 per annum (FTE), dependent on experience, to be pro rated
We are seeking an inspiring and proactive Rugby Coach to be responsible for the coaching and development of rugby across Cheadle Hulme School.
Working closely with the Directors of Sport and Assistant Director of Sport, you will deliver high quality coaching sessions, run rugby clubs, and supervise teams at fixtures and tournaments during the School week and on Saturdays.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum RFU Level 2 Rugby Coaching Qualification.
- Experience of coaching rugby, preferably within a school or youth sport environment.
- Experience of working with a range of age groups and abilities, and a commitment to developing rugby at all levels within the School.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about sport and working with young people.
- Effective behaviour management skills in both training and match situations.
- Ability to plan, organise and deliver engaging coaching sessions.

Timetable Overview:
You’ll deliver coaching at the following times during term time, and must also be available for fixtures:
- Monday: 12.15-13.00 & 14.45-17.00
- Tuesday: 11.00-13.00 & 14.45-17.00
- Wednesday 12.15-17.00
- Thursday 12.15-13.00 & 14.45-17.00
- Friday 12.15-13.00 & 14.45-15.45
