- Pay at £13.82 per hour in the week and £14.61 per hour at weekends
- You set your availability! We have a two week rota pattern once you set your own availability- you'll always know when you're working and when you're not so can actually plan a work/life balance.
- Travel time paid plus 35p per mile (and able to claim and extra 10p)
- Double pay on bank holidays

-Must have full UK driving license and own car.
- Every other weekend off plus weekend availability is pro-rata'd so if you are on a part time contract you may only need to do one weekend shift, not two!

Summary
As a Care Assistant, you will be integral to providing compassionate support and care to individuals in various settings, including care homes and through home care services. Reporting to the Care Manager, your role involves assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of clients. A valid driving license is essential for this position, enabling you to travel between locations as needed. Your strong communication skills, along with proficiency in English and IT, will enhance your ability to connect with clients and their families, ensuring a high standard of care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Drive to various locations to provide home care services as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with residents and their families regarding care updates.
- Document care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate staff.
- Uphold a safe and hygienic environment in both care homes and during home visits.
