Job Summary
The Cob House Countryside Park has 21 touring pitches and 30 tent pitches. We are also a fishery, Cafe and have animals on site. We are small family run business, with a good working team. We are looking for a warden to join us for the last 3 months of the season. You will be provided with a pitch with EHU (no accommodation so will need a caravan/van etc), use of the facilities (shower block) included FOC for this position.
The Campsite Warden plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the campsite. This position involves overseeing guest services, managing campsite facilities, and providing a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing them with information about campsite rules and local attractions.
- Manage daily operations of the campsite, including maintenance of facilities and grounds to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Skills
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with guests and team members alike.
- Problem-solving abilities to address issues as they arise in a timely manner.
- A passion for the outdoors and knowledge of camping practices is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed by campsite operations.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
