We are looking for someone to join our, friendly close working team in our campsite office. You will need an 'everyone muck in' and 'can do attitude'.
We require a personable, presentable person who has enthusiam and energy for customer service, along with good organisational skills and an eye for detail. Experience is preferred but more important is having a reliable, flexible, friendly and helpful approach.
Applicants should be computer literate. Previous knowledge with booking systems would be an advantage but training will be provided.
Good office skills and a friendly but professional manner, a passion to provide excellent customer service with a positive and welcoming attitude at all times.
This position would suit somebody who primarily likes to work in a busy office and dealing with people but also does not mind mucking in where needed across the site.
This is a fixed term seasonal contract.
The job entails:
- Answering incoming enquiries over the phone, in person and on email.
- Processing of all bookings via telephone & online.
- Checking in new arrivals face to face at our reception.
- To assist customers with any queries they may have and resolving issues when they arise.
- Interacting with customers on campsite.
- Filling in where needed on a day-to-day basis.
16-30 hours per week - this is a fixed term contact. You will be required to work Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Bank Holidays and fill in when required due to absenses when required. Working days to be confirmed.
You will require a driving licence and have your own transport due to our rural location.
