Luss Estates Company are currently seeking to recruit a carpark warden and handyman to supervise our 2 ANPR operated carparks and assist with general maintenance in various areas of our estate. This position is based mainly within Luss Village though travel to other local sites will be required. Job Description:
You will spend time working outdoors within our carparks to assist and direct our visitors, complete health and safety inspections and maintain our ANPR payment kiosks. Alongside warden duties you will also be performing a variety of minor maintenance, repair and basic gardening tasks within various businesses of our estate, ensuring that facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Shift pattern and hours per week are negotiable for the correct candidate though regular weekend working will be required due to the nature of the role. Please be advised that this position requires lone working with safety procedures in place. Due to the nature of this role a full UK driver's license and own vehicle are required.

Experience:
- 1 year maintenance experience preferred.
- 1 year experience in customer facing role preferred.
