The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Call Centre Agents to join our fast-paced, supportive environment immediately. What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate when needed
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or tele-sales environment preferred but not essential
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM software
