Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, talented, and enthusiastic Outbound Call Centre Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating sales leads for our field sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, along with a strong sales background and will ideally have experience of calling customers in the home improvement industry. You will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by effectively engaging with B2C and B2B customers while working closely with the sales manager to improve and evolve the campaigns.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce or similar software
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback on customer responses to assist in refining sales strategies
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is essential
- Proficiency in using canvassing software, is highly desirable
- Experience with Microsoft products, is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during calls
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Schedule
- Full time - Monday to Friday
- Calling hours From 12pm - 8:00pm
