Responsibilities

- Ensure all food safety standards are met during food preparation and decoration.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production of cakes for events and orders.
- Stay updated on current trends in cake decoration and incorporate new techniques into your work.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies and ingredients needed for cake production.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food production or preparation, preferably within a bakery or restaurant setting.
- Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on baking and cake decoration techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
