Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture and fixtures
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency in service quality
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
