Café Operations Supervisor – The Walled Garden Café
Purpose:
To lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
The Café Operations Supervisor supports the daily operations of the venue and drives continuous improvement across all service touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day FOH operations, ensuring friendly, efficient service.
- Champion cleanliness and hygiene standards across all guest-facing areas.
- Improve and maintain daily processes, from opening to close.
- Support and guide the team, offering feedback and setting service standards.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve the experience.
- Assist with stock, rotas, and basic reporting tasks.
You’ll Bring:
- 1+ years’ experience in a hospitality setting, ideally with some form of leadership.
- An eye for detail and a passion for great service and clean, well-run spaces.
- A calm, organised approach with a drive to improve standards.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and a hunger to grow into a management role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.30 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
