Rose Petal Cafe is a friendly, welcoming cafe known for great coffee, delicious cakes and excellent customer service. Located inside Ropetackle Arts Centre, Shoreham -by-Sea.
We are looking for someone reliable and enthusiastic to join our team, helping cover staff holidays, sickness and busy periods.
Role Responsibilities
- Serving customers with a warm, friendly manner
- Prepping and serving hot and cold drinks, cakes and food.
- Handling cash and card payments accurately
- Keeping the cafe clean, tidy and well-presented
- Assisting with washing up, clearing tables, and restocking supplies
- Supporting the smooth running of the cafe as needed
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, approachable person with great customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy times
- Someone with previous cafe, barista or hospitality experience
- Must be available to work weekends when cover is needed.
