Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible schedule across both sites)

We’re expanding fast and looking for an experienced full-time Barista to join our vibrant team at our two Peterborough cafés – Lynch Wood Park (Mon–Fri) and Thorpe Meadows (open 7 days a week).
About the Role
As a Tea and the Gang Barista, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, preparing high-quality coffee and tea, and helping to run smooth daily operations across both sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, specialty teas, and food with care and consistency
- Deliver top-notch customer service with a friendly, engaging attitude
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
- Support the team across both café locations as needed
- Work flexibly, including some weekends at Thorpe Meadows
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced café environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a flexible schedule
- Willingness to work across both sites, including occasional weekends
Job Types: Zero hours contract, Full-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
