We’re on the lookout for a Café Assistant to support the Melton Mowbray, Landing Pad Café, located within our Melton Mowbray Superstore.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service and dealing appropriately with all incoming enquiries regarding the Café.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe area and kitchen, making sure they are always safe and accessible.
  • Engaging with a multi-disciplined team of both paid employees and volunteers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and food hygiene, record keeping, and assist the manager with other tasks associated with running a Cafe.
  • Meet KPI targets to ensure Cafe growth.
