Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the butcher area, including tools and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfil specific meat requirements for menu items.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering queries regarding meat cuts and preparation methods.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing tasks.
