What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be part of our friendly operations team, playing a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s helping to schedule jobs, assisting with estimates, or supporting customers and colleagues, you’ll be right in the thick of the action – learning loads and gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way.
Your day-to-day could include:
- Supporting the scheduling of engineers and jobs across the Southwest
- Assisting with the preparation and tracking of estimates and job costs
- Helping manage customer queries via phone and email
- Updating internal systems and ensuring job records are accurate
- General admin tasks to support the operations team
You don’t need any experience to apply – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You’ll receive structured training through your apprenticeship, and you’ll be fully supported by the team every step of the way.
What you’ll need:

- Is organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Communicates confidently – both verbally and in writing
- Has a great attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right
- Works well in a team and is happy to get stuck in
- Can travel to Exeter College one day a week as part of the apprenticeship
