About Us
We’re launching an ambitious and values-led apprenticeship training provider with a strong focus on the Early Years sector. Backed by a successful nursery group, we’re building a modern, compliant, and impactful training business from the ground up — and we want someone equally passionate to shape it with us.
This is a rare opportunity to join at the start and play a central role in helping desig how we deliver, assure, and scale. You’ll not only be leading on training and quality — you’ll also have the chance to grow into a co-founder role, with up to 25% ownership in the business via a vesting share structure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering and developing outstanding Early Years apprenticeship training (initially Level 3)
- Leading curriculum design and aligning delivery with the apprenticeship standard and EPA requirements
- Acting as the Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to drive quality and compliance
- Supporting our APAR and Ofsted registration processes
- Establishing systems, processes, and relationships with awarding organisations
- Providing guidance and support to future trainers and assessors as we grow
- Working directly with the founders to shape the business strategy and structure
What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering apprenticeships (ideally in Early Years or Education)
- IQA qualification – Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice
- Assessor qualification – CAVA (or A1/D32-D33)
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards, funding rules, and EPA
- Organised and proactive, with experience building or improving training provision
- Confident working independently
- (Bonus) Teaching qualification (AET, PGCE) or EQA certification
- (Bonus) Experience with Ofsted or ESFA audit readiness
Why Join Us?
- Become a co-founder – grow with the company and earn up to 25% equity via a vested share schedule
- Earn a competitive salary while building a business with purpose
- Have real influence in decisions, systems, partnerships, and delivery design
- Hybrid flexibility – work remotely with in-person collaboration as needed
- Clear career progression and leadership opportunity
- Ongoing CPD and professional development support
