Role Purpose:
As a Business Logistics Executive, your attention to detail, passion for quality, and dedication to ensuring the fulfilment and logistics process is completed end-to-end and on time will support the Sales teams and collaborate across multiple functions in the business. This contributes to our goal of providing a world-class service to our customers. We can't do what we do without you.
Specific Key Responsibilities:
- Assist EB and B2B sales teams with client promotional duties and correspondence.
- Review marketing templates per client and ensure contractual-related paperwork is completed promptly and stored according to company procedures.
- Review client orders, create invoices, and handle any client queries.
- Monitor internal communication channels and action them in a timely manner.
- Process bulk orders and create memberships for Ello brands and products.
- Complete all allocated work promptly and correctly by following the QC processes established by the Team Leader and Head of Department.
- Utilise all relevant Ello Group customer management systems, printing software, Microsoft Office, and machinery to complete end-to-end sales fulfilment duties.
- Assist colleagues with stock management within the department.
- Book in and track items with various postal and courier services, providing feedback to stakeholders/customers when required.
- Complete fulfilment requirements from each Ello brand and sales channel.
- Maintain outbound contact with both members and clients as needed to facilitate smooth sales and operational flow.
- Be an agile team member who can adapt to the changing needs of the business.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments when needed.
- Prioritise workloads and be a highly organised individual who can work under pressure.
- Always ensure compliance with our standards in line with ISO 27001:2022, BS 10012:2017, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 22301:2019.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and suggest any possible process improvements to continually review the efficiency of any workflow.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the Head of Department or relevant line manager.
Stakeholder Management:
Ensure the needs of stakeholders are understood and achieved:
- Participate in testing new promotions and additions to web platforms, providing feedback to your line manager or relevant stakeholder.
- Follow established procedures for all sales, logistics, and fulfilment requests, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators to maximise customer/stakeholder satisfaction.
- Establish good lines of communication with stakeholders across the business, providing updates on issues and client status.
- Identify issues and/or barriers to service for external customers where possible.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
