Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you will take a leadership role in shaping and delivering complex transformation programmes. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to understand strategic business needs and lead the development of innovative, pragmatic solutions to address critical challenges. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design of target operating models, guiding strategic roadmaps, and ensuring end-to-end alignment and execution across programme workstreams.
Strategy Execution:
- Engage with C-suite and senior executives to understand and influence strategic goals and business drivers.
- Lead and structure assignments across large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Drive current state assessments and identify high-impact improvement opportunities.
- Design and refine target operating models, business capabilities, and strategic roadmaps that guide clients toward their objectives.
Business Requirements Elicitation:
- Oversee and facilitate executive-level workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business insights.
- Ensure business requirements are thoroughly documented, analysed, and aligned to strategic intent.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities for business process improvement, digital innovation, and operational efficiency.
Solution Design and Architecture:
- Lead the design of integrated business solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and operating models.
- Govern the development of target business processes, information models, and capability frameworks.
- Guide technical teams in translating business designs into implementable solutions, ensuring traceability.
- Maintain strategic integrity through oversight of change control and architecture assurance processes.
Programme Management and Governance:
- Collaborate with programme and portfolio leaders to define transformation scope, success criteria, and delivery milestones.
- Establish and lead programme-level business architecture governance structures.
- Monitor programme outcomes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and course-correcting where necessary.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Management Consulting, with a track record of leading high-impact engagements.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Architecture or Business Analysis or a closely related field, including significant leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation programmes and managing complex client relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with an enterprise-wide perspective.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience advising C-level stakeholders.
- Expert facilitation skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation trends and emerging technologies.
- Advanced project and programme management capabilities, with familiarity in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.
