With huge change, comes huge opportunity. So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions!

We’re hiring a Brand Retail & Partner Stores Expansion Lead to drive the growth of our branded retail footprint—boutiques, pop-ups, islands, and partner stores. You’ll play a key role in delivering immersive consumer experiences and expanding our presence across direct and indirect retail channels.

Your Day to Day

Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term expansion strategies for branded retail aligned with market goals.
  • Lead the rollout of new retail locations, ensuring timely delivery within budget and in line with brand standards.
Retail Deployment & Project Management
  • Own the end-to-end deployment program for each new store opening, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure smooth handover of new stores to operational teams post-launch, including hypercare support.
Partner Engagement & Business Development
  • Identify and evaluate new business partner opportunities for IQOS experiential stores.
  • Negotiate trading agreements that support commercial and operational objectives.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure all new retail locations meet global SOPs and local operational standards.
  • Collaborate with category and commercial teams to ensure campaigns, tools, and services are in place for successful launches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with teams across commercial planning, trade marketing, finance, legal, and field force to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with global Brand Retail teams to share best practices and align on strategy.
Compliance & Budget Management
  • Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and ensure all activities meet legal and internal compliance standards.
  • Build and manage deployment budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, PO management, and cost control.

About you

  • Proven experience in managing the rollout of new retail locations, ideally in a branded or experiential retail environment. You understand what it takes to deliver high-impact consumer spaces from concept to launch.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You’re comfortable working with timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Ability to align retail expansion plans with broader business goals. You can see the big picture while managing the details that make a difference.
  • You’re confident working with internal teams and external partners, building trust and alignment across diverse groups.
  • Experience in identifying retail locations, negotiating lease terms and commercial agreements, and managing vendor relationships.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding consumer experiences. You think from the customer’s perspective and strive to create engaging, accessible, and inclusive retail environments.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change. You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and resilient in the face of challenges.
  • A collaborative approach that values diverse perspectives. You’re open-minded, respectful, and committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
