Bowling & Arcade Customer Service Assistant

About the Role

As a Bowling Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe running of the bowling and entertainment areas. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service in the bowling reception, entertainment, and party areas.
• Assisting in food and beverage operations, including service, stock control, and cash handling.
• Taking bookings, managing enquiries and helping customers with lanes.
• Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining bowling lanes and machinery, assisting with minor technical faults.
• Supporting general cleaning duties across the facility to maintain high standards.
• Supervising Bowling facility use to ensure safety and a great experience for all customers.
• Complying with Fire, Health and Safety, and Food and Hygiene Regulations, reporting issues as needed.

About You

We’re searching for team members who have:

• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required.
