What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our team, you’ll:
- Communicate directly with clients to deliver a friendly, reliable service
- Review and reconcile trial balances and control accounts
- Prepare and submit VAT and CIS returns (using software like Xero and QuickBooks)
- Use tools like Dext, AutoEntry and client management systems to streamline processes
- Assist with general office operations to support team efficiency
- Manage your own client portfolio, taking responsibility for service delivery and accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- AAT Level 3 or equivalent preferred but not essential
- A minimum of 2 years’ accounting experience
- Confident using accounting software and digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients
- Great communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Proactive and organised, with a commitment to quality work
