Overall Purpose of the Role:
Our Client Solutions team offers a range of bespoke solutions. With our market-leading print, live, and digital platforms, we offer unique access to key decision makers in the property industry. As the Client Solutions Executive your role is key to the successful execution of our Client Solutions project portfolio by supporting the Head of Client Solutions in delivering a range of bespoke projects including sponsored content, videos, podcasts, webinars, surveys, think tanks, roundtables and panel events and other invite-only client events held at some of the property sector’s largest networking conferences.
You will be a collaborative team player working in an incredibly fast-paced and dynamic environment and be able to build relationships with our busy internal teams and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
You will help manage a large, varied workload and will need great project management skills, have a keen eye for detail, enjoy managing data and possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). This role would be suitable for someone who is quick to learn and progress within the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting in the end-to-end operational aspects of bespoke events and sponsored features from concept to delivery
- Working collaboratively with the busy editorial, digital, web, social media and marketing teams to help promote and maximise awareness of projects
- Managing internal activity schedules and updating internal and external stakeholders on project status
- Compiling and sending regular communications to clients, speakers, interviewees and guests before and after projects
- Arranging sponsored interviews with clients
- Researching venues in London and key cities
- Liaising with venues and caterers throughout the event delivery process
- Assisting with post-event client reports and feedback
- Attending events
Skills and experience:
Essential:
- Administration and/or project management skills
- Works well to fast and moving deadlines
- Experience of customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate professional and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sound knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent copy checking skills

- Ability to quickly learn new software packages
- Friendly and professional client-facing manner
Desirable:
- Experience of or deep interest in social media engagement and ways in which to grow audiences
- Experience of liaising with stakeholders and of building customer relationships
- Experience of working in project or event management in a B2B or customer-facing role
- A knowledge of/and interest in the property industry would be a major advantage for this role
- Experience of Microsoft Teams and a PO management system e.g. NetSuite
- Knowledge of Canva would be a bonus
