Salon Receptionist required for a busy beauty salon in Edinburgh. This is a full-time role working Tuesday-Saturday.
The receptionist responsible for delivering exceptional experience and service for all our clients. The role covers customer facing reception duties taking bookings and enquires via telephone and email. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality on the front desk. You’ll act as the first point of contact for all clients visiting the salon ensuring clients are greeted upon arrival to ensure they receive a warm welcome experience. You’ll have a full understanding of the services, both treatments and products to ensure customer satisfaction through delivery of accurate information.
About you.
You’ll be proficient in appointment management and ideally have previous experience in reception/front of house.
Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
Ability to multitask, being able to switch with ease from reception desk to administration and phone/email enquiries.
Ability to develop good professional relationships with the Spa team
