Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our customer, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service. This role requires individuals who are passionate barista's and possess strong interpersonal skills.
We are looking for someone who is great with customers, able to work by themselves as well as team work, show initiative and has good attention to details, loves and knows how to make fantastic coffee and food.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Assist with drinks/food choices and preparations
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring attention to detail.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and payments accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance guest experiences.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a supportive work environment.
- Different types of coffee making barista skills includes Matcha/shakes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
