We are seeking friendly and customer oriented front of house members of staff/bar staff to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks and maintaining a clean and organised dining area as well as taking bookings and checking people into the hotel And ensuring customer satisfaction.
The role includes:
- Meeting & Greeting drinkers & diners in a friendly and professional manner
- Insuring diners are looked after
- Prepare food and drinks according to company standards
- Ensure areas are stocked
- Maintain a clean and organised working area (bar/hotel/dining area)
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Salary:
Depends on experience
£10.00/£12.21 - £14.00 per hour
