We’re looking for a supervisor to run our cafe every Sunday and Monday. There could be scope to increase days over time. There will also be a weekday shift on offer as a cafe assistant if of interest. Please see essential requirements at the bottom of the ad before applying.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cafe/Bar Supervisor and team member to join us to manage our Sunday and Monday services, potentially work as FOH during one week day and provide additional holiday supervisory cover.
As the Cafe/Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe/bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of efficiency. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a background in cafe, bartending or restaurant management, we would welcome your application.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including stock management and ordering
- Train and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage offerings
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting of sales
Essential requirements:
- Must be over 18
- Must be able to commit to every Sunday & Monday (except for holidays obviously!)
- Must have barista experience (understanding of theory behind making coffee and be able to make coffees using a machine and milk streamer)
