Bar Supervisor – Gino D’Acampo Restaurants
£12.80 per hour + tronc shared between the team

What you’ll do:
- Support the Bar Manager with the day-to-day running of our bars
- Ensure standards, procedures and service are consistently delivered to the highest level
- Lead by example and support the team on busy shifts
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand and guest experience
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a bar supervisor OR an experienced bartender looking to take the next step into management
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and bar operations (a bonus, not essential)
- A hands-on approach with great communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments for guests
