Bertrand’s Townhouse is looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our pre-opening team.

As_ Bar Supervisor_, you’ll be at the heart of our food & beverage operation, ensuring smooth and memorable service. With a strong background as a Bartender, you’ll bring both hands-on expertise and leadership to guide a small team.
The venue features a 34-cover Cigar terrace and a 28-cover indoor lobby bar, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Daily Service: Oversee smooth F&B operations across the lobby bar and the outdoor terrace.
- Hands-On Bartending: Use your bartending expertise to set the tone for quality, creativity, and guest experience.
- Inspire Your Team: Supervise, train, and support a small team, fostering a culture of confidence, care, and professionalism.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are always upheld.
- Guest Connection: Lead by example in delivering warm, attentive, and thoughtful service
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Proven experience as a bartender with supervisory or team-leading responsibilities.
- A passion for hospitality, with the ability to balance hands-on service and leadership.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, approachable personality with the ability to motivate a small team.
- Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
