We are on the lookout for enthusiastic beer lovers to join the team at our beer bar in Henley-on-Thames. All staff are ambassadors of our brand and ethos as a brewery – the Henley-on-Thames site is an expansion of of our Reading brewery, serving a constantly changing range of our newest beers on tap and in the fridge.
Phantom Brewing Co is a craft beer brewery based in Reading. With the main goal of producing the freshest beer, made with the highest quality ingredients, we have worked hard to provide an inviting community hub in our taproom that welcomes any person from any background.
Working on a part-time basis in our lively beer bar in Henley, the role involves:
- Serving customers by providing quality table service
- Engaging with our customers about the beer & what Phantom represents as a brewery
- Maintaining upkeep and cleanliness standards in the bar
- Supporting to provide an inclusive & comfortable environment for our customers
Our perfect candidate is a proactive, friendly, laid back individual who wants to join us on our journey to bring a high quality, inclusive and vibrant experience, working in our bar. Experience within the craft beer industry is preferred, but not essential as training will be given. We are more interested in looking for a personable individual that is enthusiastic about working here - a reliable work ethic and a keenness to learn is a must.
Shifts will be between Wednesday and Sunday, with opportunity for other hours when available. We can accommodate shifts across the week, or weekend/weekday preference. £12.50 p/h
