Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and making a meaningful impact in your community? We’re excited to be recruiting for a Project Worker to join our dedicated team in Middlesbrough.
Our service provides safe accommodation and tailored support to survivors of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking, helping them rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society with dignity and confidence.
As a Project Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals to make positive life choices—whether that’s accessing education, securing employment, or obtaining legal representation. You’ll be a trusted guide and advocate, helping them navigate complex systems and connect with essential services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing one-to-one support and guidance to service users.
- Accompanying individuals to appointments with healthcare providers, solicitors, immigration services, probation officers, mental health and recovery teams, and more.
- Supporting integration into the community through practical and emotional support.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and governance procedures.
