Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar environment. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders.
- Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
- Monitor customer behaviour and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Familiarity with basic maths is essential for handling transactions accurately. A strong understanding of food safety practices is also required. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a genuine desire to help others enjoy their experience at our establishment. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: £10.00-£12.20 per hour
