As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails providing exceptional guest services, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all . Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management for timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, adhering to all financial protocols.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service excellence.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within a hospitality setting.
- Experience in bar preparation
- Excellent guest services skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
